Global Transportation Finance First to Expand to the UK

Vedder Price, a general practice law firm established in 1952, is pleased to announce its first overseas presence with the opening of its London office on October 10, 2011. The new London office will complement the firm’s existing U.S. presence in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. The London office will initially expand Vedder Price’s prominent Global Transportation Finance practice, but we plan to develop this new office with additional practices in the future. Our attorneys in this practice have general finance capabilities, such as secured and unsecured term loan and revolving credit facilities, as well as issuing UK law opinions for cross-border transactions with UK collateral.
